The Segretariato Europeo per le Pubblicazioni Scientifiche (The European Secretariat for Scientific Publications) is a non-profit association founded in 1989 by a group of universities and cultural associations. SEPS works closely with universities, publishers and authors, providing financial assistance for the translation of works that have a high cultural value.
